We are looking for a local qualified candidate to fill the new position of Program Coordinator for our head office in Vietnam:
Duty station: Hanoi
Status: Full time. Permanent
Deadline: 28 February 2023

POSITION PROFILE
The Program Coordinator role reports directly to the designated Program Manager. The responsibilities listed below are inclusive, but not exhaustive, of the role. Every effort should be made by the position holder to record achievements throughout the year for AIP Foundation’s annual appraisal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide technical supports for program implementation specifically on road safety design around school zone.
- To work with schools and relevant local partners to make sure road safety modification works follow the design and meet the quality to improve road safety around school zone.
- To advise schools on low-cost and locally appropriate measures to improve road safety
- To support the Program Manager(s) and Country Manager in maintaining and strengthening relationship with media for the North;
- To lead small-scale project(s) as assigned by the Program Manager(s) | Country Manager;
- To assist the Program Manager and/or Country Manager with developing and maintaining positive partnership develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as sponsors, government departments, school staff, children and parents.
- To support Program Manager(s) and Country Manager in preparing reports to partners (PACCOM, NTSC, MOET, ect).
- To assist Program Manager(s) in planning and implementation stages across all AIP Foundation’s programs and public awareness campaigns;
- To provide support to relevant partners to ensure quality, participatory, effective, efficient and cost-sensitive planning, implementation of the programs activities in the program areas, with and by partners;
- To provide logistical support on program implementation to the Program Manager(s) and/or Country Manager where required;
- To manage agencies, vendors, suppliers in the process of program implementation.
- Monitor program activities conducted by partners to ensure program activities implemented as per work plan;
- Participate in, support and prepare logistics for research, surveys and other monitoring and/or evaluation activities in project areas as needed;
- Assist with the monitoring, evaluation and reporting relevant to each program or public awareness campaign, as directed by the Program Manager(s)
- Carry out all program related administrative tasks, as directed by Program Manager(s) including:
- Translation of English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English
- Document drafting
- Project database management: study, update, maintenance & filing

REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- University degree in relevant in road safety/engineering are preferred
