2. MAIN DUTIES |
1. Main task - Participate in making strategies of GNI and IG Division in accordance with GNI’s strategies
- Participate, monitor and support staff in division to implement activities for complying with GNI’s regulations, project’s quality and progress.
- Support IG team manager to engage in IG staff recruitment, evaluation and provide capacity building training to IG staff in HO and CDPs.
- Support IG team manager to monitor and manage IG division budget and ensure disbursement progress as regulated.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with partners, community and donors;
- Coordinate with partners in organizing meetings and workshops;
- Provide technical guidance to partners if needed to ensure the smooth and effectiveness of project implementation.
- Be in charge of microfinance activities, revolving fund.
2. IG activities - Participate and support staff in division and project managers in making plan of action (POA) of GNI and CDP.
- Participate in develop and maintain regulations, guiding forms in implementation of project activities.
- Be in charge of assessing on economic conditions, income, microfinance and potentials for economic development in current CDPs and new CDPs (if any).
- Microfinance program development, survey, evaluation, establishment and operation
- Responsible for managing working capital, current status of use, disbursement, recovery and preservation of capital
- Participate in developing network and researching partners for value chain analysis, marketing for products of IG projects.
- Conduct assessment, prepare and implement Microfinance Program.
3. Networking development - Develop network of experts, consultants and service provider related IG activities
4. Reporting - Submit reports timely as requested (GIF, Director board, Manager, Donors…)
5. Other Task - Participate in other GNI activities as meeting, fund raising program…
- Contribute in building and developing the organization’s cultural and reputation.
- Consult and assist the IG team manager in necessary cases.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managerial levels;

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED |
Education: University degree or higher in finance and microfinance or other related fields. | Requirements: - Experience in finance, microfinance.
- Experience in management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Experience in leadership, management, interpersonal/social and multi-cultural understanding/sensitivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- NGO working experience is preferable
