Plan International Viet Nam (PIV) would like to invite the Consultant/consultation Team who are interested in arranging and ensuring quality development of manuals for adolescents in accordance with PIV standards.

The consultant will perform the following tasks under this assignment:

• Develop tools and materials to strengthen knowledge on online CSEA and referral pathways, and build solidarity among adolescents to encourage survivors to reach out for referral

• A summarized description of the scope of work and the intended methodology to be used, as well as a tentative work plan including activities and time frames.

• An example of similar pieces of work completed recently.
• Itemized financial proposal.
