TRAINING OF TRAINERS (TOT) ON DIGITAL MARKETING SKILLS FOR LIVELIHOOD GROUPS
I. BACK GROUND
The Livelihood Technical Program is one of World Vision's technical programs in Vietnam aimed at improving the lives of poor, near-poor, low-income households, women, households with children, and particularly the most vulnerable children (MVC). The program is designed to enhance beneficiaries' productivity in sustainable food and off-farm products, improve market access and competitiveness for households, and increase access to employment opportunities for parents and caregivers, including young people aged 15-18.
Presently, the livelihood technical program is being implemented in 26 area programs across the country, with each area program located in a district. To equip producer groups with the necessary knowledge and skills to promote their agricultural and non-agricultural products, increase their competitiveness, access the market, and increase the value of their products to earn a higher income, the technical livelihood program needs to engage consultants on creating and utilizing digital marketing platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and livestreaming apps to conduct training for farmer groups.
