PSI is looking for agency to conduct the Face-to-face engagement activity in Bac Ninh province, detail SOW as per attached. Please study the SOW and submit your quotation paying attention to the followings: 

1. Please submit your  financial proposal in two separate files/document. Financial proposal should indicate lump sum package service charge including VAT and breakdown price detail
2. Properly sign and stamp your proposals
3. Indicate outside the envelop subject with: Financial Proposal “SVC23-03 AIOI Engagement Activity in Bac Ninh"
4. Send your proposals via one of the followings:
   - Hand-deliver or via post it to PSI office at 11th floor, Vinafor building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi during office time Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm

The deadline for submitting question, clarification is 10:00 21/3/2023. All questions must be sent to email address [email protected]. PSI’s clarification will be shared to all vendors.

The deadline for submitting financial proposal is 17:00 24/03/2023. Proposal which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
