Salary:	Grade 6 of MAG Vietnam Salary Scale
Location:	Quang Tri with frequent travel to other MAG bases

MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnant of conflicts in current and former conflict zones. Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at-risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.

We are seeking a strong qualified Project Finance Officer (PFO) to join Finance team of MAG Quang Tri

Major functions:

Responsible for project level bookkeeping and accounting of the assigned projects.

Key requirements for the position include:

University degree in an appropriate subject or similar knowledge and skills learned through experience, preferably in the NGO sector.
Demonstrating high attention to details and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Good written and reporting skills in English.
Strong MS office skills, ie. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. and be a quick learner in new software of finance
Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment
Proactive, with the ability to foresee issues to prevent problems and then solving them fast and effectively
At least 2 years’ experience working with MAG or in a similar role
High proficiency in accounting and finance management skills.
Interest in and commitment to MAG’s humanitarian mandate
Ability and willingness to travel sometimes at short notice.
To always work within the MAG Code of Conduct.

Desirable

Experience of working in an International NGO setting, preferably in mine action.
