Data collector for the Satisfaction survey of ADMIRE project

Handicap International, also known as Humanity & Inclusion or HI, is an independent and impartial aid and development organisation with no religious or political affiliations operating in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable people to help meet their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

Since the organisation was first founded in 1982, we have set up development programmes in 62 countries and responded to many emergencies.

HI is recruiting the qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions of data collector to conduct the Satisfaction survey of ADMIRE project.

Position: Data Collectors (15 Positions)

Location:

• Ha Noi: 4 positions
• Quang Tri: 5 positions
• Hue: 6 positions

Type of Contract: Short-term

Duration of Contract:

• For position in Ha Noi: 2 days
• For position in Quang Tri: 3 days
• For position in Hue: 4 days
• 1 day training before the data collection is required for position in all provinces

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the data collection training.
• Conduct interview with patient who are identified as target of project intervention (at least 6 - 8 respondents per day will be interviewed).
• Perform quality control of the data during data collection
• Work in cooperation with HI team to give feedback on data tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality of information from the survey
• Be able to take note during interview such as error or any challenges during conducting the survey
• Complete other tasks as required by HI team

Experiences and Qualifications

• Student or graduates from university or college in public health, social sciences are preferrable
• Experience in data collection both quantitative and qualitative
• Experience working with people with disability is a plus
• Strong experiences in interview and good time management during the interview
• Ability to work independently and team work
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Be attention to detailed during task performing
• Fluent Vietnamese is required, basic English is a plus
