Request for Tender (RFT) 2023/01: Provision of Agency firm for the development and dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine communication package.

Woolcock Institute of Medical Research (Woolcock) is seeking proposals from qualified agency firms/experts to develop and disseminate a communication package for the project “TheAustralian Expert Technical Assistance Program for Regional COVID-19 Vaccine Access: Policy, Planning, and Implementation(AETAP-PPI)” as described in the attached solicitation.

Woolcock plans to award a subcontract issued on a fixed-price basis. Offerors must propose costs that they believe are realistic and reasonable for the work. Cost proposals will be evaluated as part of the best value determination for the subcontract award, including cost-effective approaches to achieve results.

Proposals shall present:

• Profiles of key personnel who will undertake the full set of requested services with a summary of evidence-based experiences of both institution and individuals in the provision of such services.
• Business license in accordance with the service of this proposal.
• The proposed methodology to carry out this assignment includes a timeline explaining expected results and listing deliverables.
• The total cost and a breakdown of costs according to the task. Costs shall be expressed in Vietnam Dong.
