Village Director of SOS Children's Village Da Nang

Responsibility

• Manage the overall development of the Village and families.
• Actively develop action plans, positive and effective solutions and measures to organize, manage and operate SOS Children's Village Da Nang and projects/programs under the Village.
• Guiding and supporting mothers, aunts, officials, employees and teachers of the Village in care, nurturing, education, management and career guidance for SOS children and youth;

Must criteria:

• Male and female aged from 35 to 45;
• Be a Vietnamese citizen, have never been accused of child abuse, sexual harassment, financial fraud;
• Being healthy enough, not suffering from mental illness;
• Voluntarily working for SOS Children's Village organization;
• Graduated from university or higher in social sciences (social work, sociology, pedagogy, law, human resource management, labor economics, administrative management, ...) and other majors. other sectors related to children and community development;
• Having knowledge in the field of education, social work, child psychology;
• Being a strategic, results-oriented thinker;
• Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a managerial position in areas related to children, youth, family, education and social work;
• Experience in managing community development projects is an advantage;

Main Clients

• Children in family houses;
• Mothers, aunts; co-workers of the Village;
• National Director, Zonal Director and Relevant Functional department at National Office of SOS Children's Villages Vietnam;
• SOS Children’s Villages Directors and related Co-workers in 17 SOS Children's Villages, Hermann Gmeiner schools and SOS Kindergarten
• Authorities, partners of SOS Children's Village Da Nang in caring, nurturing and educating children;
• Volunteers, benefactors, sponsors.
