The ILO/ENHANCE project is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant in Viet Nam to undertake an external collaborator contract (Excol) in conducting an assessment to review the achieved results of the pilot implementation of vocational training programs to meet the needs of the labour market in three provinces/cities of HCMC, Hoa Binh, and An Giang.
