1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Country Director, General Director, Managers/ Team Managers/ Officers in HO, PMs, Project Officers

GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.

2. MAIN DUTIES

1.    Updating, checking, recording data and accounting as assigned

• Receive, check and review the legitimacy of invoices and finance documents.
• Updating information on the financial book system, recording accounting vouchers according to the organization's current financial regime.
• Control project disbursement progress
• Manage the system of documents and financial books according to the regulations of the Organization.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly expenditure reports and other reports as required by management.

2.    Participating in cash fund management, performing collection and payment procedures:

• Manage revenue and expenditure funds, and tally cash in the fund.
• Perform reconciliation, control, payment and consolidation of expenditure documents according to the organization's regulations.

3.    Perform other tasks:

• Guide finance officer at CDPs and other departments/partners in project activities to understand and comply with the Organization's financial regulations (on processing, payment process, advance payment, etc…);
• Explain the data at the request of management.
• Coordinate with colleagues to perform accounting tasks.
• Participate in checking and auditing at CDPs as well as participate in preparing for independent audits.
• Prepare work plans and work reports according to the requirement of the management levels.
• Perform other tasks as required by management levels.

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant fields

Work experience

• At least 01-year relevant working experience.
• INGOs working experience is preferable

Skills

• Dynamic, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and work with the team;
• Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
• Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
• Good use of personal computer utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software programs
