Winrock is pleased to announce this Request for Application (RFA) for "Capacity strengthening services for local NGOs and partners in organizational development and technical skills” that seeks a Vietnamese organization to provide capacity strengthening support to respond to these identified needs and ensure that the BBOs and their partners have sufficient capacity to lead and implement the CIIs and achieve their own development objectives over time.
