Vendors to strengthen the capacities of Women Living with HIV and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer & Intersex networks and service providers to address GBV, stigma and discrimination in provinces heavily affected by COVID-19 in VN
The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, hereinafter referred to as UN Women hereby invites national prospective vendors to submit a proposal(s) to strengthen the capacities of Women Living with HIV (WLHIV) and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, & Intersex (GBTQI) networks and service providers to address GBV, stigma and discrimination in provinces heavily affected by COVID-19 in Viet Nam in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Terms of Reference as set out in this RFP.
