Background
FHI 360 is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes experts in health, education, nutrition, environment, economic development, civil society, gender, youth, research, and technology; creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today's interrelated development challenges. FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries, all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets, enhance health security, and combat trafficking in persons.
To provide knowledge resources in various technical areas, EpiC has two WordPress based sites that aim to equip learners from all over Vietnam with updated information and knowledge related to HIV epidemic (Knowledge Hub at https://hub.skconnect.org/), as well as bringing open-sourced online courses related to various technical areas (eLearning at https://edu.skconnect.org/).
We are seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade and provide re-design services of the Knowledge Hub at https://hub.skconnect.org/. The original website was created several years ago and served as a companion to an online reservation application where clients could book appointments for HIV services. That application has now been sunsetted, and the Knowledge Hub must be transformed to serve as a standalone site. It should also be refreshed to meet the current needs of project beneficiaries, including a broader network of stakeholders, beyond just people at risk of or living with HIV.
Scope of Work:
The qualified vendor is expected to provide EpiC upgrade and re-design services for the Knowledge Hub, including:
1. Develop an engaging and easy to update set of templates for the integration of future content. Discuss potential designs with the project and receive sign off before building templates.
2. Test and deploy the website.
3. Troubleshoot any errors before and after deploying the site.
4. Provide maintenance service for the site.
Note: EpiC will provide all of the necessary content and documents for developing the website and obtaining relevant approvals, and we will work closely with the chosen vendor throughout the project.
