WWF-VIET NAM: INVITATION TO BIDS - Procurement of Two 3in1 compactor trucks to load 1100/770/240/120 litre bins, and 10m3 skip

Under the scope of the Hue - A Plastic Smart City in Central Vietnam (TVA) Project, WWF-Viet Nam is launching an open tender to select a supplier of two compactor trucks, consisted of chassis vehicles, receiving hopper, compactor, and storage compartment to load 1100/660/240/120 litre bins, waste handcarts, and 10m3 skip (approx. 7-8 tons of waste).

WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite prospective bidders to submit sealed bids two 3in1 compactor trucks to load 1100/660/240/120 litre bins, waste handcarts, and 10m3 skip to be delivered to Hue city, Viet Nam.

HOW TO APPLY:

?Bidders are invited to submit their bid by email. Bidders who submit electronic proposal must follow the following submission instructions:

• Bidders submit a Bid by email with technical proposal and financial proposal in one Bid;
• The Bid shall be protected by a password which shall be kept with the bidder. Purchaser would then request the password to open the file well before the Bid opening time. However, if the company loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, Purchaser would not assume responsibility;
• The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF;
• Please send the electronic Bid to [email protected]. Your e-mail must have the subject heading as "Bid submission-[name of bidder]- Two 3in1 compactor trucks to load 1100/660/240/120 litre bins, waste handcarts, and 10m3 skip";
• Please be aware that a Bid emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if it is received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline;
• Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that Purchaser can receive is 25MB.

Bids must be submitted on or before 6 September 2023 at 17:00 (ICT). Any bid received by the Purchaser after the deadline for submission of bids shall be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the Bidder.
