ROLE DESCRIPTION

Kenan is seeking for the position of Program Coordinator to mainly managing projects, conducting analysis, providing a consulting and delivering a training course together with developing positive client relations and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure project success. This position will report to Vietnam Program Manager and will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executing in project design, a preparation of proposal and client relationship management
• Conducting the project management in Education, Business & Economics or Social Inclusion relate practice area
• Implementing projects by providing necessary actions related such as workshop training, research, analysis and consulting
• Analyzing the Project strategy using qualitative and quantitative data
• Participating in representing the Foundation to key stakeholders and sharing knowledge in areas of expertise
• Coaching subordinate on the project
• Other assignment as instructed

BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Education or related field
• At least 10 years of direct experience in project management and development, analysis, and related field in non-profit organization is preferable
• Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, meeting client demands and deadlines, coupled with a robust emphasis on achieving results and effectively collaborating across various disciplines
• Having strong knowledge in education, business & economics or social inclusion area
• Lead in development and preparation for training or workshop agendas and materials
• Fluent in both Vietnamese (native speaker) and English
