Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Vietnam is opening for the position of Senior Project Officer with details requirements in the attached JD.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Project Management, Social Work or Development studies or in the field of Capacity Strengthening would be a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in project support, ideally in the field of Disability inclusion program or sub-grantee management and for an NGO.
• Additional experience may substitute for some education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with partners, participatory action planning and community engagement.
• Staff supervision experience a plus.
• Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data.
• Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
