Part-time Administrative Assistant

We seek administrive support for our team.  The Consortium for Health Action (Health-Action) will be initiating a research study soon at the National Children’s Hospital, Hanoi, Vietnam studying the effect of screen time removal in young children with autism symptoms.  We plan additional studies, including methods to help families to reduce the risk of autism in a younger sibling of a child with autism.  We will be developing a website using similar methods to scale our research finding.  The person recruited will also function as the executive assistant to for the Founding Director of Consortium for Health Action.  Please see our website at health-action.org.

Required:

  • Good English skills
  • Profiency with Micosoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Problem-solving skills

Preferred experience:

  • Administrative work experience
  • Tech Saavy (good with technology related to the internet, smart phone and computer apps)
  • Website management in Wix
  • Social media experience

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the Founding Director and research team members
  • Support recruitment of a research associate
  • Support recruitment of least 200 early intervention specialists to complete a research survey
  • Information and data management
  • Identification of and support of applications/approaches for external funding
  • Identification of local NGO partners
