Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Vietnam is seeking a well-organized audit firm or an independent qualified assessor to conduct an external audit for a project funded by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), UK.

Interested candidates are invited to send a proposal, which must incorporate the following information:

• Understanding of the TOR and the activities that are implemented by WCS
• Audit approach
• CVs of audit team members
• Audit plan
• Financial proposal (Fee should be quoted in VND including out-of-pocket expenses)
