Education | - Master’s Degree in Social Science, Sociology, or other relevant degree

Knowledge/Skills | - Demonstrated analytical & critical thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate and network effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting and show initiative in developing innovative approach
- Strong management, organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to effectively manage teams. Excellent employee development and management skills. Knowing when to coach, when to advise and when to provide specific direction
- Excellent diplomatic skills and proven ability to work effectively with government officials, partners, donors and stakeholders at high level
- In-depth knowledge on social work, gender equity, violence against women and girls, human trafficking, sexual abuse, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and other relevant software
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Understanding of Hagar’s mission and values

Experience | - Minimum 5-year experience in project management and coordination and monitoring and Evaluation.
- Experience in fundraising activities
- Experience in interpersonal interaction and at least 3 years in team management.
