Program Description:
The USAID-funded Vietnam Local Capacity Development (LCD) Activity is a five-year activity with the overall goal to support the capacity of and engagement between local governments and organizations and improve linkages with the national government on local priority issues, leading to more transparent and effective policymaking and policy implementation processes, and better delivery of services to Vietnamese citizens, particularly marginalized or underrepresented groups.
Position Summary:
In order to increase the visibility of the USAID Local Capacity Development project, Creative is looking for a designer who is creative and capable of supporting the project to produce a series of promotional products including a folder, envelop, name card, standee/roll-up banner, brochure, PowerPoint presentation template, promotional gifts, e-backdrop for the launching event of the project. The designs should deliver consistent branding and convey the project's core objectives.
The consultant will work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to design promotional materials for the USAID Local Capacity Development project. The products must be compliant with the USAID Graphic Standards Manual and Partner Co-branding Guide and approved by USAID Vietnam, and of high quality for printing and/or production. The consultant is expected to revise the design several times subject to USAID’s comments and feedback. He/she is required to have the necessary equipment to design the following materials:

Work Assignment:
Consultants with the requisite qualifications will be given a renewable consulting agreement under which specific work assignments will be ordered on an ad hoc basis, subject to consultant’s availability. Consultants may be required to compete against other similarly qualified consultants, though generally work will be assigned and negotiated directly with the consultant.
