Survey research consultant
BACKGROUND
The USAID/Vietnam Higher Education Development Support (HEDS) Project is a five-year initiative (September 2023- August 2028) to support the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education and Training (MOET) in creating an updated enabling environment so that Vietnamese higher education can flourish. HEDS also supports MOET in creating a roadmap for digital transformation of the sector and provide partnerships for select Vietnamese universities to internationalize key science and technology-related programs. This will help Vietnam develop the human resources to realize its ambitious socioeconomic development goals.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this research is twofold:
