Map Analyst/Labelers
JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Intelligent NetZero Company Limited (iNetZero) is a social enterprise working in scientific research and agricultural technology development. INetZero provides consultancy and technical services in 03 main areas, namely (1) Management of resources, environment, and biodiversity; (2) Sustainable agricultural development to adapt to climate change, and (3) Development of rural organizations and institutions.
iNetZero is implementing a project on Machine Learning Operations, which adopts machine learning methods on satellite imagery to create maps that can detect land use changes, coffee/cocoa coverage, and deforestation. Within the framework of the project, we are looking for 20 qualified professionals to assume the role of Map Analyst/Labelers. In this capacity, the selected candidates will be responsible for labeling, controlling the quality of maps, and meticulously identifying land use in different geographical areas.
Responsibilities:
- Label machine learning data
- Complete map reviews and deforestation reviews
- Build a deep understanding of local crops by collecting datasets and compiling information
- Complete tasks in a detailed and timely manner
- Work with Quality Control Officers (QCOs) to meet weekly goals and quality benchmarks
- Physically based in Da Lat
Qualifications:
- Graduated from majors or have experience in Agriculture/Forestry/Forest Resource Management/Land Management/Geography
- Mapping/GIS background (e.g. QGIS, MapInfo) or related forestry mapping software
- Good knowledge of forestry plants/coffee
- Excellent computer skills
- Image editing background (e.g. Photoshop)
- Field experience
- Have a patient and meticulous character
- Create high-quality data
- Advanced English speaking
