World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF-Viet Nam) wishes to engage the services of an audit firm for the purpose of auditing the programme Leading the change, as stipulated in the agreement between the WWF-Vi?t Nam and Cooperation Partners.

HOW TO APPLY:

The proposals shall be submitted via email with subject "FY24-1890 - [name of firm] - Leading the Change audit". Audit firms who intend to submit electronic proposals must follow the following submission instructions:

• The proposal shall be separated into two files: one for technical proposal and one for financial proposal. Financial Proposal shall be protected with a password which is kept by the auditing firm. Only firms owning technically qualified Proposals shall be requested to provide the password to open the corresponding Financial Proposal. WWF-Viet Nam will not assume responsibility if a participating auditing firm loses the password or in case the financial proposal could not be opened.
• The file should be in the form of PDF version 7.
• Please send the electronic proposal to Ms. Hai Le ([email protected]) and copy Mr. Hoang Bao Anh ([email protected]).
• Please be aware that proposals emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise audit firms to send email submissions well before the deadline.

Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB. Audit firms may need to split proposals into parts to fit this limit.

Please note that the proposal must be arrived in the aforementioned mailbox before the submission deadline.
