SCOPE OF WORK

DIGITAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT (part-time)

Position summary:    PSI is looking for a part-time consultant to serve as Digital Business Consultant  to support our business strategy. This position will work with both local and global stakeholders to develop PSI digital ecosystem for all PSI’s digital brands and lead digital sales for menstrual cup (LA cup).

Work closely with:      PSI’s Program Manager

Period:                        July 2024 to December 2024 (up to 75 working days for contract period)

Gross daily rate:          Up to VND 2,200,000/day pending candidate’s qualifications.

Background:

In 2023, Social Business Unit (SBU) of PSI in Vietnam started distribution of Menstrual Cup (LA cup) on e-commerce platform (Shopee and TikTok shop). Due to lack of in-house expert on digital marketing PSI Vietnam recruited a Digital Business Consultant to oversee digital sales and marketing activities. The latest consultantancy contract has expired in May 2024.

Following the 1st consultancy contract, PSI agrees to focus on the revised SOW with key responsibilities:

  • Invest marketing budget to optimize effective sale channel such as Shopee and TikTok
  • Focus on running paid ads
  • Produce and reup video clip which focused on selected famous KOL
  • Provide marketing support to Sale agent leads to develop agent network and promote LA cup.        

Key responsibilities:

  • Update the digital strategy for PSI Vietnam’s Social Business Unit (SBU) in line with PSI's global strategy.
  • Daily monitor and revise digital marketing campaign to increase consumer traffic to the e-commerce platforms and optimize consumer experiences across all channels
  • Design and execute online customer acquisition and retention strategies and plan across the entire brand portfolio aligned with health and business impact goals. (More SBU products will be sold through online platforms)
  • Measure and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and investments to evaluate and identify the way to optimize effectiveness and increase Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Identify and evaluate relevant digital sales channels including e-commerce platforms, online-support to sale agent network, and engaging live streamers, all of which are actively promote SBU products online to PSI's target audience - women at reproductive age.

Expected deliverables:

Work with relevant agencies and partners to design and execute digital campaigns that are optimized in terms of reach, channels, and investment level to achieve the following deliverables targets in 6 months:

  • Analyze and gather market and customer insights to develop sales and marketing strategies and provide information on 02 potential products or services to SBU.
  • Daily manage 02 e-commerce platforms (Shopee and TikTok shop) to promote SBU's products and services and fulfill all platforms’ requirements and given tasks.
  • Identify and contact 05 KOLs/KOCs on Tik Tok and Instagram to deploy content production activities and run paid ads to promote reviewing.
  • Lead the development and production of communication materials such as images, videos, review clips, articles, etc. to serve marketing activities.
  • Build 02 satellite social network system to promote product brands.
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 livestream sessions monthly on platforms: TikTok, Shopee
  • Sale Target of at least 300 La cup monthly through online sales channels and supporting agent network.

(Specific number of monthly reach/traffic and product sales target will be decided with PSI’s program manager at the beginning of each month and reflected in monthly working report to inform action plan for following month.)

Selection criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Business or relevant field.
  • Proven experience of which at least 7 years - experience in digital marketing or advertisement
  • Strong understanding of digital (SEM, Mobile technology) and paid social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market and consumer insights and research
  • Technical know-how for designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Strategic, analytical mind with detail-oriented
