We are looking for 01 committed, result-driven candidate for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Velux project, based in  Quang Nam.

Major Function:

As M&E Project Officer, (s) he will support the Project Manager in the Velux project in implementing project-specific Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, and Learning (MEAL) activities, provide technical support to project partners and staff, and monitor all interventions as well as ensure, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities for the VELUX project, including verification under the Verra VCS CCB Program.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Social Development, and Natural Resources Management or related subjects;
  • Advanced training in Geospatial Analysis is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of M&E practices and methodologies
  • Understanding of the Project Cycle Management of the Carbon project is an advantage
  • Knowledge of and application of the logical framework and theory of change
  • High level of computer literacy (competent in MS Office), and experience with data analysis and management software (SPSS, Powerbi) preferred;
  • GIS knowledge and skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of mobile data collection tools like Survey123, Kobo collect, among others is an advantage
