GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
The Digital Social Marketing and Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting VCF’s public engagement through media networks, campaigns, and fundraising events. The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing plans to ensure high-quality media coverage and successful execution of VCF’s advocacy campaigns and events. The coordinator will also play a key role in planning and executing digital fundraising campaigns in collaboration with digital and social platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Oversee and maintain VCF’s website and social media presence, increasing them through SEO/SEM, ensuring regular updates, creative campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality digital branding materials, including photos, videos, infographics, and animations. Able to support the Content Creator with social media posts and stories relating to the campaigns of VCF, strategic partners and donors.
- Monitor and respond to inbox messages and comments on VCF’s social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage digital advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Zalo OA, and Google, ensuring effective performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, identifying trends and insights to improve strategies.
- Develop and implement new growth strategies, including experiments and conversion tests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize user experience across digital platforms and create effective landing pages.
- Serve as the primary contact for digital agencies
- Deliver comprehensive reports on the performance of digital marketing activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses.
Event Management:
- Manage event-related digital campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Support the execution of VCF’s events under the direction of the Event Senior Coordinator when necessary
Campaign and Fundraising Management:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns with relevant program directors on digital platforms
- Monitor campaign progress, providing real-time updates and making necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Summarize campaign outcomes and provide detailed reports to senior management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and event organization.
- Experience in the non-governmental or non-profit sector in Vietnam is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility and passion for charitable causes, especially those supporting children and women.
- Proficiency in visual content production, including photography, videography, and design, is an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally.
