CARE is seeking Consultancy to conduct data collection for the research. The consultant (either a consultant group or an agency) is expected to propose a comprehensive plan for data collection with high quality standards. The fieldwork process (preparation, field work, and quality control) should be ensured gender sensitivity, no harm and participatory approach. For more detailed works, please refer to attached TOR.
