We are looking for Esteemed Suppliers to supply Auditing service for our projects in year 2024-2027.

Detailed information can be found in attached Invitation to Tender.

Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in English via email included:

1. Copy of business license
2. Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 – RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix 1- RFQ).
3. Certificate of eligibility for auditing services business
4. Technical Proposals
5. CV, Certificates of Audit team members
6. Sustainability evidence (if any)

The competitive offer package must be received no later than 17:00pm -15-November-2024. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.

• The subject of the email should be “Quotation- Auditing Service- Company name- date”
• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails. 
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
